At SALTT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
